This article picks up five groups of exercises to improve the technique of the bottom in the esgrimistas, fundamentally for the beginners, this system of special exercises is based on the great quantity of errors that you/they are made when carrying out this technique so important since for the success of a combat the action it almost always finishes with this technical element to get the touch or point. The fundamental Objective is to propose the suitable special exercises to contribute to the correct execution of the displacement bottom in the fencing athletes. The theoretical and empiric methods were used, such as historical logical, analysis - synthesis, induction - deduction, observation and experiment respectively.
