For this, it was necessary to have the support of the FONDAS and their authorization to have access to the necessary documentation, to be able to meet the objectives set. The total amount financed in the state of Falcón (BsF) was analyzed, the number of producers financed in the state of Falcón in the analyzed period, the amount of grains produced in the evaluated period (MT), which include clam, caraota, beans, rice, corn and sorghum, as well as roots and tubers (TM) such as sweet potato, yam, ocumo, yucca and cambur, produced in the evaluated period. This allowed to know which are the most productive crops in the State of Falcón, as well as their contribution to the food balance of the country. As final results of the work it was possible to verify the decrease of the production of the evaluated crops within the group of the grains like caraota and beans, and the increase in the production of sweet potato, ocumo, yucca and cambur in the evaluated period.
