Internal control of administrative management for decision making at Cooperativa the Maná (Original).

Abstract

Internal control is a determining factor for the proper functioning of organizations and companies, making them more competitive based on an adequate administrative management process that allows the efficient use of available resources. The objective of this article is to evaluate the internal control of the administrative management of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Futuro Lamanense, and its impact on decision making, in order to favor the efficient development of its administrative processes.  The methodology used was exploratory and descriptive; inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic research methods were used, as well as different techniques for data collection and processing.  The results evidenced the weaknesses in administrative management and decision making, and showed the way forward from the proper management of its resources.
