Abstract

The education professional must be capable of planning, organizing, executing, controlling and evaluating the system of actions that fall within their work object: the direction of the Teaching-Learning Process (PEA) with a developer approach. It is awarded the category of developer, from its end; that the student becomes the protagonist of their learning and learns to Learn to learn, converts that learning, from the meaning that it grants; based on the solution of teaching situations and of daily and future life. For this, the teacher must have the necessary tools that, from a scientific position, enable them to direct this process; in correspondence with the aspirations of the model of man that one aspires to achieve in the level of education in which he carries out his mode of professional performance. Hence, in the work that is presented, the result of postgraduate improvement courses taught to teachers in the province of Mayabeque; The foundations are offered, which from the systematization of theoretical-methodological and practical references, support the direction of the teaching-learning-developer process. Based on this objective, an analysis of fundamental conceptions is offered that, from Pedagogy as the mother of the educational sciences system; Didactics and Educational Scientific Direction contribute as members of this system. It is an aspiration that it constitutes a reference material for teachers; in order to achieve the social aspirations that the party has put to the educational sector in full transformation.
