The challenges imposed by the continuous improvement of professional training according to the needs of the country to Ecuadorian universities must stimulate the fulfillment of their social function. The University Eloy Alfaro-Chone, (Uleam) promotes the development of an organizational culture from a comprehensive socio-humanistic vision to strengthen the methods and techniques of leadership, and pedagogical management that contribute to the sense of belonging and motivation and transformation of substantive processes. In this work, the authors present the fundamental results obtained from the elaboration and application of the contingency plan aimed at strengthening the English language learning process at Eloy Alfaro University- Chone, in Ecuador, through a methodology consisting of three phases: Diagnosis, Training, and Evaluation. The fundamental method used was the review of documents for the study of existing regulations, the curriculum, the profile of the graduate and their language skills. In addition, a survey was applied to know the level of satisfaction of the students once the training plan was applied.
