Training in environmental law. Management for sustainable development in the branch of the company Azumat (Original).

Abstract

Industrialization processes and new lifestyles trigger environmental conflicts that reflect the inadequate relationships of man with his environment. In this context, the logistics company Azumat and its branches to support the Cuban sugar agro-industrial complex sell a range of products that potentially pollute the environment. The work assumes dialectical materialism as a general method and uses other methods of the theoretical level: analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, structural systemic and modeling in the empirical novel, observation, survey and document analysis were used. The statistical methods allowed the interpretation of the data to identify the insufficiencies of the managers of the Azumat branch in Villa Clara in the domain and consistent application of the environmental law legislation to achieve a flow of distribution of products in a sustainable manner and proportionate with the environment. The problem of the non-existence in the AZUMAT Logistics Company of the province of a legal training system related to Environmental Law issues to meet the sustainable development objectives led to the proposal of an environmental law training system for sustainable development for the managers of Azumat in Villa Clara. The evaluation of the training system made it possible to verify the elevation of professional knowledge and skills, professional growth, the development of attitudes related to environmental law to promote sustainable development and comprehensive learning in the short and medium term with a view to future performance.
