The political culture of the leaders, a vision from the thought of Fidel Castro (Review).

Abstract

      Consistent with the thought and action of the leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, who repeatedly expressed that the Cuban people are characterized by their high level of political culture, this paper addresses the importance of developing the political culture of leaders. Through the exercise of the political education of our people, they must demonstrate their capacity for analysis and critical assessment of their role in society and of the political system as a whole; in order to solve the multiple political, economic, social, cultural and ideological problems that arise in their environment. It is not enough to know politics to consider yourself educated in this matter, but through your knowledge, be a protagonist in the revolutionary transformations of the social project and transmit part of that culture to current and future generations. The objective of this material is to invite the leaders to understand the need to develop their political culture for the effectiveness of the fulfillment of their mission, in order to defend the achievements of the Socialist Revolution from more solid bases. Analysis and synthesis were used as research methods; the historical-logical and the review of documents.
