System of Workshops in Economic Management for the cooperative members from Buey Arriba Municipality (Original).

Abstract

The cooperatives in his different associative forms constitute entrepreneurial entities of socialist property of the entire town that they are their permanent workers in associates with right-hand equals that take part in the distribution of profits according to the contributed work. The investigation intends to solve the following problem:  How do we favor the cost-reducing step of the cooperative members of Buey Arriba municipality? The essential objective of the work is the elaboration of a system of workshops of cost-reducing step for the cooperative members of Buey Arriba municipality. The most relevant results contribute the proposal of contentious workshops taking into consideration three dimensions: organizational, economic financier and cost-reducing communicative cooperative step; consciousness of the essence of the cooperative as a basic unit of production and the need to optimize financial resources and to increase the production is needed
