The focus on science- technology -innovation and society in the care of the patients for his professionals refers to the interrelation and the impact of the scientific, technological activities and innovators, from a perspective society in Nurse's Attention. With the objective of designing a policy of becoming actions of focus on science- technology- innovation and society ( CTIS) in the care of the patients for the professionals of Nurse's Attention you developed a pedagogic study, with empiric methods, theoreticians and statistical mathematicians. The components, acquaintances and essential attributes of the system of actions configured themselves with the systemic structural functional vision that they favor focus's footprint science- technology- invention and society, providing evidence of identity of the scientific problem in how contributing to the strengthening of this focus in the improvement of Nurse's Attention. The derivations here described were suggested for the understanding of the sign on what is imperious one belonging to focus science- technology- invention and society as a tool for the impact in the improvement of the care to the patients for the professionals of the nursery, to perceive a jump from the habitual cognoscitive, procedural positions and attitudinal about the theme towards a focus advanced of the problems in Nurse's Attention with effective answer from the sciences of health and them educational, reasons for which a reliable policy of becoming actions in the sign of this study of the improvement in the impact of focus is offered science -technology- invention and society, from an integrative perspective to trigger scientific in the nursing care, tried scientific in its conception and viability for his execution at another scenes.
