Determination of professional problems in technical careers (Original)

Abstract

The training of professionals is now a necessity of any society, professionals must solve various problems in their sphere of action which are manifested through professional problem situations in the fields of production and services. If this professional is to resolve the professional problems he faces, his training should be based on professional problems from the macro-design curriculum to the implementation of the Process of Training of Professionals so that they can transfer the learned to new situations, whether real or simulated. Its projection and subsequent solution must take into account the logic of the specialty and the professional skills to be developed by the professional to achieve the professional skill invariant. The procedure proposed to determine the professional problems and their possible solution has already been validated by the expert method and the socialization with specialists.In addition, different methods and techniques were used to diagnose the most frequent and common problems that are manifested in the base of the profession.
