In the present-day, the different specialties that are taken a course in the Technical Education and Profesional review significant importance for the economic and social development of our country. In this sense the achievement of elevated levels of productivity and competitiveness national and international renews the social assignment to form the man of the century XXI. The article that is shown results from the vocational experience of the authors in the development of the pedagogic praxis and it is intended to reflect on the social need to form the workpower in the professional area investigating, that they allow giving solution to the professional problems that they show up to his scenes of acting in his interaction with the technologies, particularly, in the technician of the specialty Refrigeration for, in addition to investigation You aim at offering theoretic necessary elements on professional activity and communication between the professor – student group and tutors, with the purpose of the assimilation of knowledge, professional abilities and values for an efficient installation and reparation of refrigerating installations. This investigation is a part of the project “The implementation of an alternative for the direction of the process of teaching learning in the Technical Education and Professional.
