The present work is the result of an investigation of the importance of education and training of English language in workers of High Tech Companies and particularly the problems of how to lead to the fact in a Cuban company belonging to the Cuban industry of software, the Applications Computer Company, Desoft that allow them to reach the different English language levels of competence in accordance with the roles and categories that they must hold inside the model of State-enterprise of Applications and Computer Services, endorsed in Resolution 49/2020 of the MINCOM. The contribution lies in an Idiomatic Strategy to achieve a suitable formation and training in English language of the workpeople of the Company of Computer Applications, Desoft that allows them to achieve the certification by levels in accordance with the rolls and categories that these ones hold inside the company and taking into account its Model of Continuous Training for the knowledge management in the company.
