Abstract

The following research work is related to the study of technological culture and its training process in students of the medium technical level of Technical and Vocational Education, specifically the specialties of the Transport Family through integration relations polytechnic school - company , where today the development of practical teaching for the training of manipulative skills and technological competencies takes place; Through which it is intended to perfect the professional pedagogical process from the perspective of the recognition of the student as a subject of their own self-learning and self-training so that they become an agent of economic and social improvement by dynamically contributing to their technical-specialized work, this The result is based on an initial study of theoretical elements that different authors have proposed about technological culture and entrepreneurial training, as well as a diagnostic process for managers, teachers, company instructors, and students, whose reflections led to the fulfillment of intentionality research related to the proposal of a system of methodological actions aimed at enhancing the impact of technological culture in the process of training entrepreneurial students belonging to the specialty under study. This favors the generation of independent, innovative and creative young people who become automotive and prepare them to solve the dissimilar professional problems of the company and the community.
