Abstract

The economic changes that within capitalism make societies places of dispute, carry with them deep inequities. Colombia and its rural school, sum process of strong detriment. A history of changes that, although it has managed to demonstrate public policies such as the PER and PEER, plans, programs, coverage projects and levels of professionalization for teachers; However, the daily life of the 21 century is telling in the face of the new pedagogical, science and technology challenges.
