Abstract

The article entitled: permanent education for community work, a characterization of its viability presents a compilation of studies that approach the epistemological characterization of lifelong learning associating the field of community work. Based on this analysis and description, reflections on research that refer to the different ways with which the that permanent education has been developed, among them group dynamics are highlighted as an opportune method for the development of community work in educational settings, exalting the work based on the interests and needs of the community itself, diversity, cooperation and mutual help, participation, membership, collaboration, exchange of ideas and opinions. In this sense, this study aims at contributing to raise awareness about epistemological connoting the community work process for its improvement.
