Methodological procedures for the formation of assertiveness as a shared social value (Original).

Abstract

This work is the result of the experience of its authors in the formation of values in university education. Methods such as analysis and criticism of sources were used to integrate the information contained in the bibliography consulted on values, assertiveness and methodological procedures for its implementation in educational practice. The assertiveness concept is studied from different scientific angles. The procedures of analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction were used to process the information collected and reach conclusions; surveys to obtain information related to the real state of the investigated problem; the participant observation that was used to verify the degree of development of the pedagogical process of values. All this allowed us to verify that identifying assertiveness as a shared social value and training it in the student of pedagogical careers is a current need, for which new traits of assertiveness as a shared social value and methodological procedures for its implementation are proposed, which enriches the pedagogical practice of formation of values.
