Abstract

A procedure that aims at improving the process of supervision to the school organization of the junior high school is presented in the article and it is developed by means of the phases, steps and actions sequence that makes possible the integration of the diagnosis, preparation, supervision and evaluation which intervenes in its concretion. Methods and techniques such as expert consultation, socialization workshop and case study were used to assess the results by demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed procedure.
