Procedures for the Development of the Pedagogical Professional Identity in the Students of Marxismo Leninismo and History. (Original)

Abstract

The article is derived from a doctoral research in progress, related to the need to develop the pedagogical professional identity in the initial training of the students of the Licenses of Education career, specialty Marxism Leninism and History of the University of Holguín. From the combination of qualitative and quantitative research approaches, procedures are proposed that allow guiding the work of the academic year group, to stimulate the student's identification with the profession and career. The results contribute to the consolidation of the work of this organizational level, of student scientific work, and in a more active participation of students from the assumption of the social meaning of their mission.
