Abstract

The article shows the results of the research that addresses the problem of the management of independent work in virtual teaching-learning environments, which aims at developing and put into practice a methodology for the management of this process,  As a way that permits the management of knowledge by the students, which  is promoted through the use of interactive and collaborative methods in virtual spaces. The results of the application of a quasi-experiment type pedagogical experiment are expressed to a sample of 38 students made up of two groups:  an experimental and a control one, which shows the incidence of independent work management in virtual teaching-learning environments in the management of knowledge by students.
