Particularities of evaluation of the feasibility of Turismo's projects of the Nature

Abstract

The objective of this article is to theoretically establish the particularities of the evaluation of the feasibility of the investment projects of Nature Tourism applied in the Santo Domingo Tourist Villa Expansion project in order to be able to make it dependent on the need to integrate it with the results of the investment process, For this reason, it is important to highlight the essential element of environmental management due to the type of project in question, taking into account the established policies, to guarantee a prosperous and sustainable development. The different theoretical methods of science were taken into account, such as historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive and among the empirical, documentary analysis, scientific observation. It is structured two essential elements are reflected, the first to the evaluation of the feasibility of the investment projects and the second to the particularities of evaluation of the feasibility of the investment projects of Nature Tourism, necessary for the realization of the technical feasibility study -financial. Therefore, the results obtained from the in-depth analysis of these issues reflect the need to integrate the aforementioned elements in order to reduce the rate of rejected projects and improve decision-making regarding this type of activity.
