In answer at the logic decrease of the presentialidade of the teaching learned - process, provoke by the high volume of contents and weigh down by the affectation caused by the pandemic of the COVID – 19, in this work it is analyses and determine exactly the essentials of the contents of the General and Analytical Chemistry subject to the Forestall Engineer career and its relation whit the academic results get in the scholastic course 2019 – 2020. Its importance be located in that analysis of the essentials the contents permit determine exactly itself. Its contribution on model of the professional and, considering the affectations provoke by the pandemic, the elements of the contents that is necessary to fortify in others moments of the process.  The antecedents of work are the results of the thesis of mastery of the principal authoress in the similar subjects, but to Agronomist engineer, the Holistic Configurationally Model of the Dynamics of the Higher Education and in relations conceptions of the Cuban Higher Education.
