The social challenge of the municipal university center in the management of modelling a professional of excellence

Abstract

The current research has a main goal: the design of an educative strategy to strengthen of the modelling of the Municipal University Center in order to achieve a professional of excellence. The main results are specified in the knowledge and the actions, that with the help of the professional they will be able to promote a link of the University Center with the local actors (the government, the enterprises, social and educative institutions) towards to the excellence in the teaching-learning process and quality of the graduated results. In this research some methods and theoretical techniques were applied such as: synthetic-analytic, inductive-deductive, systemic-structural-functional and empirical methods: observation, survey, interview, experiment and the statistical procedures.
