The University in the territory. Challenges in times of the Covid 19 pandemic (Review)

Abstract

This article addresses the experience acquired in times of pandemic COVID 19 in the adequacy of the substantive processes of the higher level, which demonstrate the relevance of the university processes at the Municipal University Center of Yara. This research responds to the need to train a competent professional committed to the Revolution. To this end, a set of actions to confront the COVID19 developed by the university community that have had a positive impact on the territory of Yaracá are proposed. Various methods were used, including analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, as well as techniques such as document analysis and survey. The actions carried out allow to expose the results obtained in the management of the university processes in times of covid -19 in the Centro Universitario Municipal Yara, which evidences the importance of the management of the extensionist process, based on the link with society.
