Abstract

This article refers to the historical trend analysis of sexual identity orientation in junior high school adolescents. The investigation refers to a periodization of the orientation process and three stages are defined for its study, in which its evolution is collected, based on the establishment of indicators, as well as the characteristics that it adopts in each of the periods. The study allows us to delve into the transformations that have occurred in the process of sexual identity orientation in Manzanillo junior high school adolescents, and as a result of the study, trends emerge that indicate the direction that it should follow. It is of great importance due to its systematic nature and because it allows us to understand how this process unfolds from its inception to the present.
