Abstract

In order to design a procedure for the diagnosis of risk management, an investigation was carried out in the Wine Factory, belonging to the Company of Drinks and Refreshments (EMBER), in the period between November 2019 and March 2020. This made it possible to identify the common requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 and 22 000: 2018 standards associated with risk management, prepare a checklist and integrate it with the basic risk management tools in a procedure such as tool to develop the diagnosis on the presence of risk-based thinking in the quality management system. The application of the proposed procedure will enable compliance with the requirements established in the reference standards as an important contribution to business management.
