System of auxiliary exercises for the technical-choreographic preparation in beam of equilibrium for the feminine national team of artistic gymnastics of Cuba (Original)

The Female Artistic Gymnastics, is considered within the Olympic Games as one of the sports most followed by the spectators, its high level of technical demand, elegance and difficulty in the exercises classify it as a competitive art sport. The balance beam one of the most spectacular events due to its height and space reduction is composed of acrobatic elements, with and without flight phase and gymnastic elements (dancers) such as jumps, turns, waves of trunk and arms.
For each Olympic cycle changes are established by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) in the Score Code, which govern the new requirements for all competitions where the balance beam event has not been exempt from changes as to the amount of elements that make up the selection as well as in the composition requirements and the increase of the difficulty, which influences in a decisive way in the conformation of the new selections for international competitions.
The present work is directed to a detailed study of the technical-choreographic preparation of the Female National Artistic Gymnastics, since the choreographic preparation is the one that contributes to solve a series of aesthetic teaching tasks, fundamental for this sport in their union with art, however, it is noticed that, although the contents of choreographic preparation are determined, the dancing elements to dominate by ages, in this sport; In general, auxiliary exercises for the choreographic elements are lacking, so that the inclusion of the corporal artistic work is encouraged, according to the characteristics that the present competitive preparation presents from the artistic point of view.
