Main conditions of gynecological diseases: their impact on the sports training process at the EIDE de Granma

Abstract

The present work has been developed for 5 years, consecutively, entitled "Main affections of gynecological diseases: their impact on the sports training process at the EIDE of Granma, is linked to the Project of" Education for sexual health andof the athletes of Granma, whose problem detected, occurs in the insufficient knowledge of sexual education and environmental education, which has an impact on the incorrect behaviors and attitudes of the athletes to face the challenges of sexuality from the practice of sports.To solve this problem, the authors propose the following objective: application of a system of sexual and environmental educational actions that contribute to improve their behaviors and attitudes, and in turn improve their health and quality of life during sports practice.Therefore, theoretical and empirical scientific research methods were used, such as observations, document analysis, interviews and others, which led to an increase in sexual and environmental educational work and improvements in their attitudes and responsible behaviors before thesexuality.
