Rehabilitation of patients with isquémicos ictus determining factors in your evolution. (Original)

Although the advanced age is a factor associated to a worse functional presage after an ictus, the recovery capacity can come determined by other factors clinical, functional and mental intercurrents, the objective of this article is to value the grade of functional independence reached in the rehabilitation process in patient geriatrics with ischemic ictus according to the factors present presage. He/she was carried out a prospective study in patient geriatrics in the room of rehabilitation of a policlinic of the county of Granma of January 2019 to December of 2021 with diagnostic of ischemic ictus. The sample was constituted by 15 patients, the factors presage was identified and the Index was applied from Barthel to the beginning and final of carrying out the treatment neurorehabilitador. Non parametric tests were used, the patients prevailed with age between the 60 and 69 years of the masculine sex. The factors presage found in more frequency were the affectation of the dominant hemisphere, retractions osteotendinous, development psychological negativist and the passive collaboration. Previous to the treatment in patient with less than two factors presage, the light dependence prevailed and at the end the light and independent clerks are equaled, in the patients with two or more factors, to the beginning of the treatment the moderate clerks prevailed and at the end the light clerks. The neurological rehabilitation improved in the independence of the activities of the daily life of the patients with ictus that becomes more evident when this he/she associates to less than two factors presage.
