In light of the role that emotions play in the success or failure of sports actions, behaviors, and results, there has been an increase in recent years in the number of psychological scientists who have studied the impact of emotions on sport and importance in the athletes who handle them. However, very few, specifically with youth boxers, propose a strategy aimed at providing the athlete with tools or actions that are easy to implement to promote emotional self-control during the psychological training implicit in sports training itself. Consequently, a descriptive transectional study was carried out with 10 athletes where theoretical and empirical methods were used and the application of some psychological tests to confirm the proposed hypothesis and project actions in order to activate the self-control of emotions in youth Boxing athletes.
