Design of the model to taking of decision in the direction of high performance of the INDER (Original)

Abstract

In this article the proposal of a model is evidenced of taking of decisions that he/she benefits to the members of an organization sport in the employment of a new conception that is able to influence in the organizational results of the rest of the addresses and national commissions with those that he/she is related directly. In this sense the objective of the study centers its attention in: to design a model of taking of decisions. He/she was carried out the identification and creation of the components, their operacionalización and the methodology. In the design of the pattern experts and users of the National Address of High Yield of the Inder participated. The results prove their theoretical and practical valuation, being recognized the utility and relevancy of these, what constitutes a relating one for the studies that can be carried out in the country, contributing to the theory of the administration and administration in the environment of the physical culture and in specific to the sport of high yield of Cuba with an own model for the organizations sport, in function of the taking of decisions. The results lead to the approval of the pattern. The study group is the members of the National Address of High Yield of the Inder.
