In this article the implementation a model is approached of taking of Decisions for the sport organization, offering a proposal of value focused to her essential objective that is to perfect the taking of the directive decisions that compose the National Address of High Yield of the Inder. The graph is presented that facilitates its understanding, the outstanding aspects are also shown that sustain the setting in practice of this proposal, as well as its theoretical valuation and practice through expert's method and the approach of usuario.Se used the strategic focus that is indispensable as part of any pattern of taking of decisions when creating and to generate an appropriate atmosphere, the same one has a vision perspective and changing, it is based on the current demands, the transformations in the address and the changes that take place in a constant way in the environment of the high world sport yield. The objective was directed to achieve its implementation in the high yield of the Inder.
