Abstract

In this article the diagnosis is presented that was developed to propose the design of a model of taking of decisions that it would be implemented in the address of the high Cuban yield, being able to benefit to its members in the employment of a new conception of theoretical-practical work, being able to influence in the organizational results, starting from the base of the necessities and potentialities that have all the involved human resources. The objective of the present study consisted on determining a diagnosis to design a model of taking of decisions. The investigation demanded the use of diverse methods among those that should be enunciated: you interview, interviews and the scientific observation. The key informant was used for the obtaining of essential data in the identification of the investigation; as well as the consultation to experts and the approach of users. The main existent problems were identified for the taking of decisions and they were arrived to the results of the diagnosis having like sample the members of the National Address of High Yield of the INDER, being recognized the utility and relevancy of the results that they were obtained.
