Participatory action proposal so as to select the basketball talent at La Guaira Parish. Venezuela

Abstract

The present work approaches a thematic of great present time selecting  the most appropriate athletes for this sports practice and it constitutes some of our society objectives that demands the current sports, keeping in mind the athletes’ person characteristics that can  provide the athletes’ talent selection, after diagnosing the registration derived of the school selection process  ”from Maiquetia” parish and the trainers' knowledge level proceed to make this participatory action proposal that include the work with the formative basketball and that will be fulfill by the selectors  so as to face the selection process with the appropriate quality that demands the globalized sports in our days.
