Abstract

Professional reaffirmation is a necessity and priority at the present time in higher education. So, the aim of the research is to determine the philosophical, pedagogical and psychological foundations of professional reaffirmation in the career of Physical Culture. The study takes place in the Faculty of Physical Culture and responds to the Career Guidance Project at the University of Granma, by the need to specify the epistemological bases that support and justify it. The current proposal, based on the theoretical systematization and the use of different research methods, allowed laying the philosophical, pedagogical and psychological foundations that support the process of professional reaffirmation in the career of Physical Culture.
