The articulation of the socio-educacional network and its contribution to local development in educacional institutions (Original).

Abstract

Today's society requires improving the preparation of the directors of educational institutions in such a way that in school practice they respond to existing weaknesses in the direction of the pedagogical process to articulate the work of the socio-educational network and contribute to local development. The objective of the research is to propose a strategy for preparing the directors of educational institutions in Santa Clara for networking that contributes to raising the quality of education, based on local development. Empirical methods such as document analysis, observation and interview are used. In the conclusions, it is stated that the designed strategy corresponds to the applied diagnosis and the specialists consider its application feasible and pertinent for the continuous improvement of the pedagogical process as a demand of society.
