Abstract

The Interprofessional Education (EIP) in the health-care professionals refers to the preparation attained with the interconnection of health knowledge, benefactors of improvements in the relations between different professional profiles of health and facilitating of the collaborative approach in the patient's care and the integral solution of problems of health, be more than enough which a National Plan of development has Cuba. For the sake of designing a system of actions in the overcoming to make easy the EIP's development to the health-care professionals, the non-associate project program for the development of the EIP of  Medical University Sciences of Guantánamo was not associated to developed a pedagogic study in the period 2018-2019, with an integration of theoretic and empirical methods, that made possible the systems design of actions in response to the scientific problem. The partial application of the proposal produced in the sign results descripts in this article, whose validation was done with specialists' opinion, the experiment and users' opinion. A system of actions in the overcoming to endow the health-care professionals with a pedagogic favorable resource to the EIP's development is offered.
