It is discussed that the low levels of digital competences of educators were supported by ICT training strategies and collaborative methodologies that allowed the continuity of the educational service in times of pandemic. The objective of the work is to describe the process of educational self-organization, from the collaboration and cooperation to promote and support the use and appropriation of ICT, in the educators of primary level, in the Colombian educational context. The methodology is mixed, mainly quantitative. A systematic examination was carried out that makes up the conceptual theoretical framework, semi-structured interview and application of a collection instrument. It is concluded that digital competencies at the primary level require an academic process to adapt to a virtual modality, together with the collaborative planning processes themselves.
