Abstract

The present article departs from the insufficiencies that manifest the students of the seventh grade of the Senior High School, Camilo Cienfuegos of the Municipality Tercer Frente, in Santiago de Cuba, in relation to their modes of acting regarding nature. The above is sign of a weak understanding of the implication of the human being in the deterioration of the environment and its repercussion in health. With such intention, the authors of the work propose the objective of designing teaching tasks that contribute to the understanding of the relation health- environment, in the process of teaching. Different methods from the theoretic and empirical level were used, as well as the percentage calculation as a mathematical method, which allowed the authors for corroborating the problem stated and contributing to the solution. The application of the proposal allowed systematizing the understanding of this important and necessary relation; enriching the mother tongue, stimulating their knowledge about the topic, as well as the transit for the stages of understanding. The interdisciplinary approach permitted the students make other reflections about the theme under analysis and good results in the modes of acting of the students; besides, there were better results on the part of the students in the conservation of the natural resources in favor of the physical well-being.
