Use of TIC as support tools to improve the educational learning of the students. (Original)

Abstract

A dynamic and innovative world, increasingly competitive, faces the challenges that currently arise and when talking about Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), it is to enter an amazing creation allowing the professional and formative impulse in the last years. With the correct use of technological equipment the teacher and the students will have an interaction inside and outside the classroom. In this research, the main objective is to develop an educational teaching process with the active participation of students, analyzing and promoting the use of ICT as a support tool in the classroom. A survey was applied to members of a public institution of higher level ITS Manuel Galecio' of the Canton Alausí, province of Chimborazo-Ecuador, the applied technique for its analysis was mixed, carried out in a qualitative and quantitative way, thus achieving optimal and effective strategies, being essential and indispensable the training for teachers, the implementation of digital whiteboards and the creation of an academic wifi zone, thus causing a quality impact on the teaching - learning process. All this leads to the improvement of the education system with the appropriate and timely use of ICT.
