Abstract

Early Childhood claims in these times of a high preparation of the teachers who work in it, declaring this, as a mediator of the process of influences in the period of greater dependence of the child with adults as a social being. In the research, the objective that is formulated is to analyze the influence of a self-preparation program on the attitude of the AFC teacher towards the development of motor skills in the “Educate your Son” Program. Theoretical and empirical methods are used such as the survey, scientific observation, and methodological triangulation, the pre-experiment; and descriptive and inferential statistics. The population is made up of 19 teachers of Community Physical Activity, from six sports teams in Santa Clara. In the results stands out the low level of attitudinal activity for the self-preparation of teachers in an initial stage, the implementation of a self-preparation program to solve the problem and raise the level of disposition in a third stage of verification. It is concluded by referring to the difference in the attitudinal activity evaluated between both stages, reflected in a more positive and reflective attitude in the process, after the proposal has been applied.
