Abstract

This work came true with the information obtained of the results analysis, of the 2016 2017period, of final reports of practices (27) and experiences commented of conversations (not structured) held with workers (52) of different productive bases and students (21). For the intentions of this exercise, analysis of the labor practice, the fact that it constitute an educational experience as such same the ones that they cut in on her for, territories and the productive bases implicated do not predetermined answer, only design in this production of knowledge reflex interpretation and point of view of the narrator. The objective was to focus on the need to apply tools of systematization and participation that complement the process of in-basket training of the students to propitiate to learn from the confronted situations, and to contribute to development productive member of the entities that benefit by this relation with the University. One comes to an end than the available human capital in the productive bases, show technical scarcities that they limit the benefit to be able to attend students really, but also the contribution that the productive moral values would be able to make to increment and to improve the economy of the same.
