Abstract

The stage called adolescence, lends itself to a large number of biological, psychological and social changes that mark important patterns in the development of the personality of individuals, the arrival of a pregnancy process causes essential care for the future mother and child. fetus, so physical activity favors the physical and psychological well-being, so important in this process. Therefore, this research aims to: Design a plan of physical exercises in physical and psychological benefits of pregnant teenagers, which considerably reduces the occurrence of complications that put at risk the health and welfare of the fetus, as well as prepares physiological and psychologically to the young mom to face the moment of childbirth. For this purpose, the theoretical, historical-logical, analytic-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods were used, and the participant scientific observation, the in-depth interview, the documentary review and the survey were found at the empirical level. The universe of work consisted of 12 pregnant adolescents who attend their primary care at the San José health center. As a result, an exercise plan is offered, which in an organized and planned way affects the physical and psychological state to improve the musculature and joint indicators, posture, breathing and relaxation, as well as participation and interest
