Results of the Application of a System of Management with Equity of Genre at Three Agricultural Entities of Jiguaní. (Original)

Abstract

The policy of Genre of developmental United Nations’ Program (UNDP) is a part of the international commitment assumed by United Nations’ countries for the woman's advance and the man-to-man equality and women. In the year 2011 the preparatory phase for IGECSA's implementation was initiated in Cuba (Equality of generate for the step with quality of the alimentary certainty), that consisted of three fundamental components: National and local actors' sensitization; Formation of capabilities on Genre, alimentary certainty, systems of step with equity of genre and conformation of the basic structure to initiate implementation, making perfect the experience of Uruguay and Costa Rica. The municipality Jiguaní was benefited by the Program of Local Support to the Agricultural Modernization in Cuba implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Program of the developmental Nations. They chose three entities to apply the demonstrative experience, two productive entities and an entity of step, to the ones that they applied to them six techniques for the initial diagnosis to at Jiguaní Municipality. It was observed that exist witness a minor's breach of initial kind of women regarding men at all the entities and a sexual division of work, being sharper at the productive entities. The objective of the work is to expose some results of the application of the management system with equity of genre at three agricultural entities of Jiguaní.
