Didactic guide to enhance the phonological awareness in the learning of reading and writing in the second grade of Basic General Education of the educational unit Archidona. (Review)

Abstract

The guide to enhance the phonological awareness is born of the necessity of having a pedagogical instrument that favors the learning of the reading and writing in the second grade children of the Educational Unit Archidona of the canton Archidona, county of Napo, during the school year 2018-2019. The phonological awareness is a methodology that is applied from various levels and sublevels of basic general education and specifically in second grade, when the child acquires the alphabetic code, through a series of strategies that allow the student to perform the coding and decoding without difficulty; however, teachers are unaware of this process of the acquisition of literacy in the second grade and its implementation will allow teaching effectively and that learning is not rote or repetitive.
