Mobile application for obtaining diagnostic tests for children with dyslexia

The research focuses on the development of an application for mobile devices with Android operating system that supports the detection of developmental language disorder, specifically dyslexia disorder in school-age children. This work contributes to detecting possible anomalies in children’s language through various types of tests or tests carried out by the speech therapist or special school teacher, using the mobile application, which such data is stored on the phone. It also favors the efficiency of schools with intellectual disabilities to detect a language disorder, in this case dyslexia, since they do not have any application to help them save the data of these children for later analysis. To carry out this research, concepts related to rule-based mobile applications and their application in computer systems were taken into account. Software engineering was described through the methodology is developed agile Extreme Programming, for all the advantages it offers as a methodology to develop mobile applications. For the implementation of the system, the Java programming language was used in the Android Studio development environment
