Abstract

Current work refers to the practical application of chemical analysis in the business unit of the dairy base, for which a theoretical and practical study is made related to chemical analysis methods, it is the result of the educational teaching process of the career, it constitutes extracurricular work of the quantitative chemical analysis subject and is part of the visit developed to a Cuban state institution that applies chemical methods and analysis.
