Private property and Cuban regulation in inheritance matters

Abstract

The present work seeks to address the issue of the link between Inheritance Law and Private Property based on the repercussion that the opening to this phenomenon has had within our Legal System through the rise of new economic actors. Taking into account the supplementary character that Civil Law has for many matters of Law and its wide scope, it is decided to carry out this investigation. That is why this work has been endowed with a favorable structure for these purposes, having an Introduction that serves as a Preamble to the content of this work, a Development that starts from the current legal regulation of private property, the new economic actors and their particularities and the problems related to the updating of Cuban Inheritance Law based on it and analyzing the regulation of other countries in the Latin American area, giving way to the Conclusions that express the ideas that have been reached with the study of the subject. The Inductive-Deductive, Analysis-Synthesis, Exegetical-Legal and Comparative Legal methods have been used.
