The sociocultural management , as too for the local development (Review)

Abstract

The work made has as a goal to determine the factors that influence  in the sociocultural management of the local development; for the authors the sociocultural management is an organization question, training and participation of people from the community together with the cultura sector, which effectiveness will depend on  its major or minor compromiso in this task of its  social incidence grade because of the missing of coordination  occassions in the cultural development. The sociocultural management of the local development is conditioned by the capacity of the local actors for creating or maintaining the appropiate conditions to Foster the development. It is linked to the creativity and enterprising disposition disposición of the local agents, taking advantages of the potencialities, the active participation of the local social actors of the community  under the coordination and control of the Popular Council.
