Procedure for the application of the payment systems for results in the company Bayamo gourmet cooking

The present-day situation economic in the management of the companies in the commerce and gourmet cooking sector requires the application of new procedures, in order to enhance perfection in the cost area, where the efficient application of payment systems for final results of production plays an important issue in the achievement of this strategic task. This paper is a procedure for the Companies of gourmet cooking to determine the value of the benefits and its correlation with the amount of total payable wage. This procedure is going to enhance at short, medium and long time the strategic objectives drawn by the company. A relevant aspect of the procedure is the incorporation in the calculation of the wage of the specific indicator manufacturing cost of the foods for every one of the sources of supplies, excluding the ready for sale goods. The wage retribution turns out better according to the created benefit and the company economic situation. This proposal allows knowing the profit aggregate amount and its limit, contributing to company wealth.
