Abstract

Present it investigation departs of the determination, through the diagnostic study, of the insufficiencies that the cost-reducing step of the cooperative members of Buey Arriba's municipality as well as the limitations in the formation of the human resources of Buey Arriba's cooperatives presents and is  guided to the elaboration of a strategy of capacitation in cost-reducing step for the cooperative members of Buey Arriba's municipality as an alternative to the solution of the problem; The systemic logician of his actions enables the logic of the formation in cost-reducing step of the human resources of Buey Arriba's cooperatives in altars articularly catching up with progressive levels of development.
